Southend City Fireworks Spectacular - Saturday 4th October 2025

Experience a breathtaking FREE fireworks display lighting up Southend's seafront!

Join us for a magical evening as the night sky over Southend bursts into a symphony of light and colour. Our spectacular ten-minute fireworks display will be launched from a barge approximately 400 metres out to sea, creating a stunning panorama visible along Marine Parade.

Viewing Tips

For the best atmosphere, head to the City Beach area in front of the arcades, pubs and takeaways. Fancy a less crowded spot? Walk behind Adventure Island for a more relaxed viewing experience.

Why not make an evening of it? Treat yourself to delicious hot donuts and chips available along the seafront while you enjoy the dazzling display!

Getting There

• By Car: Parking is limited on firework nights, so we recommend using city centre car parks, just a short walk from the seafront.
• By Train: Regular services from London via C2C and Greater Anglia lines (approximately 45-60 minutes travel time). Please check for any disruptions before travelling.
