The Big Beach Bang is THE fireworks display to see on Bonfire Night in Shoeburyness, Southend On Sea and the 2017 event promises not to disapoint. All proceeds from the event go to charity and thousands of people come along every year to enjoy the fireworks and entertainment. Once again there will be plenty to see and do at The Big Beach Bang including a fun fair, DJ and of course, a spectacular fireworks display! The evening is family friendly so arrive early and take advantage of everything that will be going on and help support local good causes. Gates open at 5:45pm. Southend On Sea's premier bonfire and fireworks display raised over £20,000 for local charities so be sure to go along and help make 2017 and even bigger success. The Big Beach Bang is a real family event with thousands of people from the community joining together for a great experience that gives back to the area. An amazing 100% of ticket sales are donated to local charities which is possible because the entire event is provided by the hard work and dedication of volunteers. Beneficiaries of previous events have included Southend Blind Welfare Organisation and Essex Air Ambulance. Getting everything ready for The Big Beach Bang requires an incredible effort from the volunteers and planning starts 10 months before a single firework or lit match touches a bonfire. Getting to Big Beach Bang People driving to the event should arrive early as free parking spaces are limited, you can find the address and a map below. Travelling by rail should be simple with Shoeburyness station only a couple of minutes walk from the event. The park has four entrances so access should not be a problem however, please arrive early and enjoy the whole evening at Southen On Sea's best fireworks display!
