Event details

Due to the current pandemic 90% of the annual firework displays across the country have had to be cancelled. However we have created a new drive in format which enables us to provide a socially distanced, Covid secure firework display in Newark. Event : Socially distanced Drive In Spectacular Firework Display (Largest in the County) Venue: Newark Showground Date: 8th November 2020 – 17:30 Unique Event: People with special needs or kids who may not like fireworks can watch from within the warmth of their cars which will reduce the noise of the display, and music volume can be adjusted yourself on your car stereo. Event organiser Martin Allen says: We are really excited to be able to provide our Choreographed display to the residents of Newark. The Audience can view from a Covid safe viewing area next to their car where they can shelter from the November weather if need be. With the unique element of having the radio broadcasting directly to each vehicle it will enable everyone to engage with the event and enjoy the stunning display.
