Battle Bonfire Night 2025 - A Historic Celebration of Tradition & Spectacle!

Join us for the Battle Bonfire Night on Saturday, 8th November 2025 - a magnificent celebration dating back to 1795!

Experience a full day of exciting activities as we honor this historic Guy Fawkes tradition:

• 6:00 AM - Wake to the boom of the morning maroon signaling the start of festivities
• 10:00 AM - Hear the Church Bells announce the arrival of 'The Oldest Guy in the World' on Abbey Green
• 10:00 AM - Marvel at Saxon Warriors and join the children's procession
• 10:30 AM - Children's Guy and Fancy Dress Competition judging by the BBB President
• 6:00 PM - Road closures begin in preparation for the evening spectacle
• 7:45 PM - The grand procession begins from Market Road through High Street and Lower Lake
• Evening - Witness the procession through the historic Abbey Gatehouse before the ceremonial bonfire lighting
• Finale - Spectacular firework display illuminating the Battle sky!
